Male friend (unknown employee or owner) friendly, cute. Good service. Accommodation is very close to Sunworld so it is very convenient to play. I mostly go out to play, not in a lot of rooms, so I see a good room. However, the problem is not good. I don't know if the room was changed or washed before, but the pillow in the room is still sticky. And the blankets are not clean, and there are stains. I asked to change the blankets, but instead the blanket was still dirty so I was just kb. We decided to go out all the time so the guests mostly went to sleep and the pillow was really uncomfortable. Please pay more attention to this issue. Which staff you are so cute, I appreciate it 😂😂😂

Rooms are clean, slightly smelly when entering the room. Single bed in 3-person room is quite hard. Services visit Ha Long all day at reasonable prices. Convenient location to eat and play.
