I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in early at 12:00 PM. The playground was great. I stayed at Willys, and at 4 PM I had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the pool. Likewise, after dinner, I had to wait a long time for the shuttle to my room, even though there were two parked cars in the lobby (it was still 9 AM). It wasn't stated at check-in that breakfast was in the hall on weekends. I was from the playground, and thinking I was having breakfast in the restaurant, I went back to the front (to the restaurant), but it turned out breakfast was in the hall (which meant I had to go back to the back area). Breakfast in the hall was uncomfortable, with food stalls far from the seating. And the food wasn't very varied for a 4-star hotel/resort. I booked a room for breakfast for 4 people, but there were very few food options for my children. There wasn't even fried rice. After I complained, they told me somehow that fried rice was "available," but I wasn't interested anymore. I could hear conversations from the room next to mine, and maybe vice versa. The room wasn't very soundproof, perhaps because it was a tent, but this could have been addressed by keeping the tents at a distance from each other. This was very uncomfortable. Perhaps I should advise guests to book the shuttle 15 minutes in advance. Although I find it incredibly inefficient and unpleasant to have to wait for that facility on vacation.
