A truly enjoyable staycation with the family at the JW Marriott Medan. There are kids' activities, a variety of restaurants, and a children's pool.

The receptionist was very friendly and kind, it's close to the mall and offers CFD on Sundays. I recommend room 2733. All the views are the best.

Overall, everything was good, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only thing I felt was a lack of variety at breakfast and dinner, as there used to be a lot of variety. That's about it; everything else was great.
