the staff is not friendly and the room smells of cigarettes

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the bed sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed, the bedroom lamp was full of tissue paper, the wifi didn't reach the room

The night staff I met were not friendly, the hotel was damaged almost destroyed, the room was never cleaned, there were lots of spider webs on the ceiling, the toilet was dirty and yellow, lots of black ants came out of the shower, the cupboard was broken and destroyed, the blanket was torn, the pillows were dirty and smelly, the floor was dusty, very dirty and filthy, especially in the middle of the night it was very noisy.
