I've stayed at this hotel several times. It's strategically located and easy to get around.

The hotel staff, including the security guards, are friendly. The location is very strategic, with many well-known franchises nearby. The only downside is the elevator, which is under-capacity and probably needs servicing.

It's nice even though I was only here for transit. Room and bathroom are clean.

The hotel is quite clean and close to the Unair campus.

The breakfast menu and its availability are not checked and not refilled.

Very close to UNAIR Campus A, access is also easy.

When I purchased the voucher, I expected a love-type room, as the room I selected in the app was a sub-category of the love rooms. It turned out to be the lowest-end room type. Furthermore, the elevators only work with one of the two, and they can only accommodate a very small number of people (a maximum of four adults).

The hotel is located close to Gubeng Station. The interior and bathrooms need upgrading.

The staff was quite friendly and responsive. The location in the city center makes it easy to get around, but parking is limited. The room was quite cramped, and in terms of amenities, slippers weren't provided, and the towels were very old—luckily, we're used to bringing our own. The room wasn't soundproof, and the restaurant's food selection was far from comparable to some other 3-star hotels we've stayed at.
