Thank God, I stayed here for two nights. It was comfortable, clean, and the food was varied and quite tasty. It's also kid-friendly and has a sky bar, which is great for hanging out for a while, with live music. However, the soundproofing is still lacking; you can still hear sounds from the adjoining rooms. Overall, it's good. Recommended.

My wife and I frequently stay at the Platinum Hotel because of its affordable rooms, excellent facilities, location, and cleanliness. However, we would like to request improvements in room cleanliness and greater assurance of room availability. My last stay was in a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Even after I moved, I noticed cigarette ash in the toilet bowl. Please be more thorough.

Overall, my stay experience was okay, but please pay attention to the swimming pool. There is too much chlorine which makes swimming uncomfortable. Hopefully this will be an evaluation. Thank you.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel

The staff is friendly and the hotel is very comfortable.

This is my umpteenth time staying at Platinum Hotel, and this time I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. Almost everything was awful, as if it had been carelessly cooked. The soto (soup) was especially salty, the rice noodles were served raw, and the food was cold, and it seemed like none of the food was fresh, having been reheated repeatedly. The water heater was unstable, and the air conditioning wasn't cold either. It's a shame the hotel's quality isn't maintained properly.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. I had an early morning flight and was provided with a shuttle to Adisucipto Airport. The hotel is also conveniently located, only 2 minutes from the airport. Try the pizza at the hotel restaurant, which is delicious, and enjoy swimming in the pool while watching the planes.
