I have stayed at the OPI Indah Mal hotel several times and never get bored, I want to come back again and again 🤭

The place is comfortable, close to the mall, and the prices are affordable.

The hotel's location is strategically close to the city center, but regarding service, the majority of staff and security are less than helpful in welcoming guests, whereas usually when I arrive at the hotel lobby I am immediately greeted and assisted in lifting quite a lot of suitcases (there is no trolley assistance).

The most comfortable hotel in Palembang. It's located in the same area as the mall and also includes the OPI Water Fun and Bird Park. Spacious rooms, delicious food, a gym, and friendly staff are available.

Overall the hotel was good, but unfortunately the corridor on the 3rd floor where I stayed seemed like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed for a long time, the smell of dust was very noticeable.

The AC is really hot, it seems like it needs maintenance, it needs to be replaced with a new one too. I got a room that opens to the next building, it feels haunted. At night the curtains open by themselves, the AC is hot so I can't sleep... It feels like a test of courage. It's a shame because it's close to the mall. Hopefully it will be better in the future. I believe you'll be better.

The soap doesn't smell good, like it's old, the room is really noisy with the sound of rain from outside.

The staff seemed friendly, but seemed impatient when asked questions. Staying Sunday-Monday didn't offer late check-out, it was still 12. The room looked like a boarding house, minimally decorated, lacking in cleanliness, and the bathroom was dirty. No soundproofing? Don't ask. From 10-11 PM, the familiar sounds of a dimly lit cafe could be heard. At 3 AM, the person in the next room banged on the door (probably just after clubbing at the cafe). Breakfast was very minimal. Asked for fried eggs after waiting half an hour, and then asked again, pretending they hadn't asked.

The staff is friendly and everything is clean. There's only regular soap, no separate shampoo, but overall it's really good 😍

Nice hotel, close to the mall and swimming pools. Overall, I recommend staying here. The rooms are spacious, even though they're superior.
