Hotel was beautiful and breakfast was good. Only comment was that we only checked-in after 3.30pm for one room and the other room was only available much later. Not sure if it’s because we requested for connecting rooms upon check-in (approx. 1.30pm before the 3pm check-in time) However, it wasn’t an issue for us as we had places to go and staff were friendly and helpful.

A hotel with a beautiful view, everything is great. The food is delicious. But what's even more extraordinary is the way all the staff treats guests. Everyone is very friendly, with genuine smiles and a desire to provide excellent service. Hopefully, this will continue, because good and lasting service is a strong reason for every guest to want to stay at a hotel again.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning architecture. The staff were incredibly kind and even upgraded us to a Junior Suite—likely because it was a quieter period, but still a lovely surprise. They also gave us a quick tour after check-in, which was a nice touch. The room was great, though we had a minor water issue. Thankfully, the engineering team fixed it quickly, and we even received complimentary food as a gesture. The gym was also well-maintained, with all equipment working perfectly. The only challenge was the location—access roads are quite narrow, which might be tricky for larger vehicles. However, once inside, the resort itself is beautiful and well worth the trip. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and thoughtful hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

Back for the second time, but in my opinion, the facilities/room and buildings may need to be refurbished.

Old check in. Mnt aqua lama. The key to return home can't be opened. If you want to check out, add more if you use alcohol, if you don't drink, it's already slandered, checked out a long time ago, even though I'm a Mariot member, the worst service.

The hotel is really great, the location is not far from good restaurant, you can see fascinating scenery from hotel, the pool is great and also I love the breakfast.

Extraordinary. My family and I first experience staying here. The rooms are okay and clean, the breakfast is okay and the service is quite friendly. Always improve and multiply promotional relationships, especially with banking. Renaissance Uluwatu okay.
