Staffs are nice, friendly, and very helpful. Interesting surroundings full with local businesses and cafes.

We had a great time at Ha Noi Boutique Hotel & Spa. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is close to many great areas. Breakfast was great. We'll definitely come back here again and strongly recommend the hotel.

Stayed there for 2 nights and they were very nice and welcoming, love how Chloe at the reception was welcoming and explained things to us, small things do really matter she went into details! The room was clean and comfortable. I love the idea of them hanging chocolates on our door, that was so sweet! Choices of breakfast were good, I love the selection especially the porridge and bacon, those 2 were my favorites. All the waiters/waitresses during the breakfast were super friendly.

The room was so neat, clean, and nicely decorated, exactly the same as the photos! The staff are super kind and helpful and they gave me additional 20% off for spa treatment. Located strategically near the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi 🫶🏻
