We booked a villa for 6 people. The air conditioning in the room kept breaking, and there were a lot of ants in the bathroom. The karaoke equipment, including the microphones, was also malfunctioning. It wasn't worth the price we paid. However, the male staff member who served us was very helpful. The resort needs significant improvement; we were very disappointed.

The accommodation is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Some things might be a bit old due to age, but overall I was impressed.

The staff were friendly, we arrived quite late but the staff were accommodating.

Stayed in a red cabinet room in the middle of a lawn. The bathroom was not clean. There was dust and hair clogging the drain pipe. The guest had to remove it himself. The breakfast area and the swimming pool were not clean. The receptionist was not friendly. If the cleanliness was taken care of better, it would be a very nice place to stay.

The villa is beautiful and clean but too quiet. Maybe it would be more fun if you go with family.

Almost perfect for my first time to Khao Yai. Peaceful place, good facilities, and I can't forget that their breakfast is amazing 👍👍👍Location is far from city and really quite but I think most of Khao Yai's areas are the same. Hope to come back here soon 🥰🥰

The room is just like the picture, clean, wide, wake up and see everything around you. There is also a balcony. The atmosphere outside is good. Can make a beautiful garden. Missed that the bathroom leaks and the water flow is low. Sometimes it's hot or it's not hot. And there was a smell in room number 15. Notified the staff and they changed the room. But I was too lazy to move things so I closed the door. But overall ok.

the location is close to toscana valley but a bit in and dark, for the rooms the number is not too much. rooms are quite clean in accordance with the concept of the villa. There are no footpaths leading to the room so the suitcase has to be lifted. It's decent according to the price of around 500

The hotel is very dirty, lots of insects, the bed smells, you can't complain because the reception is only open until 8 (which is usually 24 hours). I have never written any complaints so far to any hotel, just this hotel I feel very bad. To the extent that I have to find another hotel. For all those who go to Khao Ya, don't come here, it's really not recommended.
