It is not easy to find this building, because it turns out there are many agents. We didn't find the receptionist. Not recommended if you want to get it in a short time. Then the bathroom water was very cloudy like river water.

The room and shape of the apartment do not match the application, and the room smells of cigarette smoke, the car park is narrow, the swimming pool is dirty and looks like it hasn't been taken care of.

Saya dan keluarga sangat senang menginap di bintang residen. Nyaman, wangi dan bersih. Alat mandi lengkap. Alat makan minum lengkap. Air minum full galon baru. Petugas ramah, sopan dan baik hati. Perpanjangan hari dikasih diskon, senang sekali. Kalo ke bekasi lagi saya pilih bintang residen lagi untuk menginap. In Shaa allah.

Toilet bersih, AC dingin, pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih. Overall best banget. Next kalo mau nginep di sini aja.

When I want to check-in, it's a bit problematic because it says my order doesn't exist. But finally solfed and ushered to our room. The room smells of cigarettes especially when you turn on the air conditioner, even though I have made additional notes for a smoke-free room. We didn't touch it because we didn't know the gallon from when it was opened. My advice is to provide bottled drinks only. Same in the toilet there is no hanger at all. I'm really sorry the apartment looks more like a flat, I think, the parking lot is extraordinarily narrow and piled up. And don't check in alone at the residency star office if you are a woman.
