A bit far from the center but the service is very good

Vị trí của khách sạn xa với tt, đi lại bất tiện, phòng nhỏ và cũng cũ. Bể bơi ngoài trời không biết có cho phèn sa hay phèn chua nhiều không mà bơi thấy chua , bơi xong da rát và ngứa Nói chung không đạt được 4 sao đâu Chỉ được buffet tạm ổn, ít món nhưng món nào cũng ngon vừa miệng

Service and staff attitude is very good

Everything is ok until check-out, the receptionist has a very disrespectful attitude towards customers. Book 1 adult but there are additional people, the attitude of that FOM when explaining to the guest is very impolite and inadequate (rolling eyes, challenging customers when asking to check with the party) Really very disappointing hope with the attitude of the chief of reception. Check out at 10:30 on September 2, 2018

4 star hotel where the service attitude of staff are very cold and disrespectful guest. Bathroom is not good. Blinds to see clear water. The drainage holes of the tub clearly see the moss and hair back. Losing a job far from the center is a bad hotel.

The location of the hotel is far from the center. Hung Kings are dusty and dirty, hard to find. Hotel 4 * but the facilities are not adequate, in the room carpet so not clean. Breakfast is not good not fresh. But the service attitude of staff is very good, polite and thoughtful.
