When they skipped my room in spite of the sign requesting to be clean, was the downfall. I did not care for the facial expression which seem intentional.

Very dirty, dust everywhere. The parakeet floor is irregular. Under the bed, it's really dirty. The bed was no longer suitable for sleeping, I felt the springs, I didn't wake up feeling refreshed, my body was all crushed. Bought 3 nights, took it out the second day

The room is suitable for both of you. AC is less cold because the room is hot & dusty. The floor & under the bed are dirty. Plain sheets are not themed. Can't get bottled water, no toothbrush & toothpaste. Lots of stained towels. no elevator, take the stairs. CS is available during working hours. Walking distance from Komtar.

Kami nginap 2mlm, saat datang kamarnya belum dirapikan, jadi kita nunggu sebentar u bisa check in, sepreinya dan selimut kotor tidak diganti, yang lebih parah ada kecoa besar jalan di dinding, besoknya minta dibersihkan kamarnya juga tidak dibersihkan.

Nice hotel close to everywhere. Anyway, if you go to Penang, it's suitable to stay here again.

The hotel is clean. Prices are suitable for backpacking. The rooms are not spacious, but suitable for just resting. There is a toilet in the room. The customer service is very good. You can WA from the number listed.

Hair on the bed, cockroach in the bathroom, stuck water in the sink.

I was given the different room and the facilities are not complete. TV remote didn't work well and had to ask for change. Also there was only 2 local channels at TV. The room was not clean, so many dust under the bed. No toothbrush and toothpaste also. The plus point was the location is in the heart of Penang city, so you can reach many tourist destinations by walk. Also Chowrasta market is just a couple of steps from the hotel.

The family room of 4 guest are too small and the bathroom door are not suitable for family stay because it 's transparency. Can hear the noise from outside. Other than that the room look clean and the owner of this hotel really nice person. He willing to help us if we need it.

Jadi hotel ini ketika masuk saya di kasih kamar yang bukan saya pesan. Dan ketika masuk hotel ini di lobby ada bau menyengat sangat bau sekali. Saya menyesal menginap. Di sana karena sudah full hotel di Georgetown. Saya lupa foto tapi saya tidak akan kesana lagi.

This place is right at the center of georgetown at Campbell Street. Super near to the most expensive nasi kandar hameediyah according to the local. Walking distance to many other attractions like love lane, chowrasta market, roti bakar, transfer road etc. Receptionist is not always there but we are given with access card so it's fine. Room is decent with super cold air conditioner. Private bathroom is cute but rather small for big size person. The only downside is the noise from outside street since it's located at the roadside. It is expected so not a big deal for us. Recommended if you want to travel cheap and not fussy:)

เป็นรร.เล็กๆไม่ตรงปก ห้องไม่ได้น่ารักแบบในรูป wifiติดๆดับๆ ไม่มีคนดูแลที่เค้าเตอร์เลย น้ำไม่มีให้ ตุ้เย็นไม่มี ราคาเสาร์อาทิตย์คือแพงเกินไป แต่ดีกว่าไม่มีที่นอน
