The room was clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette and a large refrigerator. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. I would definitely come back if I needed anything else in the future.

TV remote + air conditioner remote have problem, TV internet connection also has problem. Except for that tiny point, everything else is perfect!

The receptionists and staffs here are very friendly and helpful. I’ve been staying at this residence couple of times and never disappointed. The location is worth every penny and definitely will always be back whenever I visit SG.

Great, room is a bit small otherwise great

Staff were friendly, the room was clean enough but the breakfast buffet was not good at all. When the food ran out, it won’t be refilled. If you’re later than others, you won’t have much to eat and it will take a long time for your food to come. They seem so understaffed. It was pretty noisy as well. Roadworks at 11 pm & music from the school nearby will play around 6 am and let’s not forget the rooster nearby will start waking up everyone very early in the morning. Every day!! Overall, the place isn’t terrible but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

This hotel does not deserve a 4-stars. Furnitures are old, curtains are torn, bathroom drain pipes smell, air conditioner smells like pee when turn on, we had to change room. Everything is old, from the elevators to the room key. They should really do maintenance if they want to make it 4 stars, regardless of the location and soundproof. I stayed at T-ritz hotel in Dis. 3 before this, labeled 4-stars as well but it's like day and night! Good thing is all the staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, I did not have good experience with Lavis 18 and would not stay here again.

The air conditioner in the double bed room has a problem. It's turned off but it's still very cold and I can't sleep.

Plus points: - Central location, convenient to travel, ordering Grab Food is very convenient, the staff is quite nice - The room I stayed in was a Studio: + The room is beautiful, clean, new furniture, the colors are very cozy, elegant, cute 🩷 + There is a very convenient kitchen, there are bowls, chopsticks and pots, there is a full-length mirror for women to dress up, there is a sofa table for convenient eating, there is a washing machine + Large windows to catch the morning sunlight well, but there will be no view, I think it's ok. + Good soundproofing + Tiny toilet but in return there is a strong exhaust fan, ok 👋 2. Minus points: - The toilet has an unreasonable floor because the floor in the toilet has no drain, only the shower has a drain, weird => water splashed on the floor just stays there, wet, if you turn on the exhaust fan all the time it dries => But I can accept this minus point because there are many plus points in return - The ladies who cleaned the room during the 2 days I was there, I found the toilet cleaning a bit hasty 🥲 👋 3. Conclusion: I will come back, hope the hotel maintains its form ❤️

All good. Just poor wifi and it affects me to watch TV. So i don watch tv for tht 2 days stay. Overall are good.

The room had a broken air conditioner so we had to wait for a long time. When the customer asked to change to another room, the staff said the room was full (The customer tried to book another room on the app and it was still available), the room had a bad smell and had not been used for a long time. The trip was long and tiring and checking in at the hotel was around 6pm but had to wait, the reason given was not reasonable; really bad
