I booked a room here, the staff was very friendly, but I was not satisfied with the hygiene of this hotel, very dirty, from the bed sheets, glass, fan, cupboard, under the bed (at least no trash) here was a pile of trash, the bed sheets and blankets were NOT CLEAN AT ALL, as if someone had slept there, it felt terribly dirty, there was also a strange smell, there was also the smell of essential oil, dirty mirror, the room soundproofing was extremely poor, there were also baby cockroaches, the furniture in the room was broken, the TV remote was broken, the table lamp had a plug that did not fit the socket, in general, except for the staff who were quite good, the rest you have to experience for yourself, if the hotel owner reads this article, I hope your hotel can experience my feelings for yourself.

The host is friendly, you should choose a room with a balcony view because it's easier to determine whether it's raining or sunny. The view outside is beautiful 💗 My room's hot water was broken (the water was only warm), the host let me go to another room (no guests) to shower. Everything else was okay, the hotel was very convenient to get around, I walked around every night 💗

Booked for 3 nights in Xuan Cuong but had to stay in Amour without cleaning the room every day, the garbage was not cleaned, the room was moldy, the wifi was like a scene but couldn't use anything, did not dare to send the key because no one was in charge. Lost things, no one's car is good. The fact that the hotel is linked like this, I am speechless and helpless. Especially there is no reception, housekeeping is unacceptable. If you put it in, you will have to fight.
