I was very, very dissatisfied with the facilities at this hotel, the shower was broken, there was no water, and I didn't stay there, checked in on Saturday, the same day I moved hotels, it was dirty, I regret it, it doesn't match the photos.

There is no elevator, you have to go up to the 4th floor, without an elevator, bring 70 year old parents, the air conditioner is not cold.

We were given a very high room which had to go up to level 3 via stairs because there were no elevators, the rooms were very smelly and moldy, less clean but the receptionists were very friendly.

1. Toilet very dirty. 2. Bath towel not clean and look old. 3. Electric switch not safety. 4. TV channel limited 5. Stair way very dirty. I stay here because near to eye specialist centre only. No choice at all.

The price is fair. Sleeping comfortably.
