The hotel turned out to be clean, the room was decent, although a bit small, and the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of food stalls nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite strategic in the center of Batam city, close to the Nagoya shopping mall and Ramayana, making it easy to shop. If I may suggest, add more sockets to the rooms so you don't have to fight over charging your cellphone.
