The hotel staff are very friendly. We are very impressive. Friendly really represents the Vietnamese people who welcome all guests from any country.

Enthusiastic hotel, lovely staff.

Although the guesthouse is clean, but has poor facilities, the door lock is rusty, it is very difficult to insert the key into the lock and it is also impossible to pull out the toilet, the toilet is clean but looks like a temporary, the bed is not clean. As for breakfast, it was a nightmare: the only dish with fried salty fried shrimp noodles served with 1/2 fried chicken egg. The way down was congested because of too much traffic, the eroded path had not been repaired for a long time. One day here is a nightmare for us. We told each other we would never go back to this Cat Cat area.

+ Good view, big room, the owner very helpful (good English), allow us check in earlier, owner give recommendation and booked us Fansipan ticket and taxi. - No free drink in the room, floor is still dirty even after being mop, not clean the room and empty trash per day, staff not always ready at the office, no spray toilet, no hot water, standard breakfast (getting smaller on the last day)

View super nice, facing the mountain. The room is clean, the bathroom has a hot and cold bottle, the boss is super cute. Breakfast is free, the homestay has a self-catering kitchen, a living room, a very green decor. Below is the coffe view, overlooking Cat Cat village.

I chose Cat Cat Garden because of the very gentle feeling, which made me impressed when I went through a series of flashy and comfortable choices of famous hotels in Sapa. And really Cat Cat Garden did not disappoint me. When I arrived in Sapa the weather was not as beautiful as it was, the white fog cleared, cold and wet. But Cat Cat Garden is still very impressive. The small room is warm and lovely. Comfortable and very clean. The biggest plus is View, which is very beautiful. Anh Anh, the owner of the hotel, is considerate and affectionate. Gentle and hospitable. Have a good breakfast and have a cafe right on the hotel very convenient. Walking a few hundred meters is possible to go to Cat Cat village. I will definitely come back here when I return to Sapa ❤️
