All good. The hotel in the heart of Bintulu. Easy to find. Room very comfortable.

Overall, it was a great stay in Greens Hotel. Hope there will be more variety of choices of breakfast at the restaurant.

Stayed over a night in the family room. Check in & check out was easy. Simple breakfast buffet. Value for money.

The breakfast is super great, staff friendly, have many place to eat outside the hotel. Air conditioner satisfied but the location of the water faucet near the toilet is not my favourite. So hard to use.

The receptionists was a bit slow in handling my online confirmed registration. I asked for a room required in my booking but was given a different room. The price of the room, even it was a queen/king size bed which were actually for 2 guests were different when I booked. 1 guest and 2 guests, even the room were the same differed from each other. 😔.

The best hotel stay was the convenience of my friendly 5 star staff gym for this hotel.

Nice and pleasant place to stay, near to Bintulu town. The breakfast was delicious and various of choice. The only thing is the pillows to small and not too suitable for me and my wife. Overall the hotel is great place to stay.

This is my second stay. The cafe have variety of food for breakfast. I left my charger and less than 10 minutes after my check out, the staff called me to inform that I had left my charger. I will definitely come to this again!!

Very comfortable, suitable for small families. however, it is unsuitable for hardcore smokers as this hotel strongly emphasizes the aspect of environmental care, in line with the name of the hotel itself which is "Greens"
