The food was delicious, the room and bathroom were clean. The check-in time was a bit slow, so we had to wait 2 hours to eat at the restaurant. Next time, please pay attention to the check-in and check-out times. If you are late checking in, there should be compensation. Thank you.

We've frequently used Waringin Hospitality properties, particularly the Hotel 88 chain, particularly the one in Kedungsari. I'm very pleased with the cleanliness, both in the rooms, the lobby, and every corner. As for breakfast, Hotel 88 is undoubtedly excellent in terms of taste and variety.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is comfortable, I've stayed here twice, the breakfast has many choices, I got a breakfast package, the food tastes delicious and just right. The restaurant service is responsive, the receptionist service is fast & very helpful, the security during check out is very helpful in carrying the suitcase to the pick-up car. Next time, I won't hesitate to stay here again with friendly prices. Hope this hotel maintains its service & friendly prices.

As comfortable as resting at home for the mattress and pillow

For the next time, please pay attention to the slow check-in at this hotel. We booked 2 nights, 3 rooms, and were only able to check in around 4 pm. We had to wait for our child's room to be ready, and we even had to wait to eat at the restaurant. When checking out, it felt rushed even though we were given a maximum check-in time of 1:00 PM. Compensation should be given for things like this so as not to disappoint customers. Thank you.

Amazing, always a great stay here. Everything is top-notch! In my opinion, this is like a hotel version of Bank BCA: all the staff are friendly, and the products and service are excellent and fast. I always stay here for my two-week stays in Surabaya during the summer and winter holidays. I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. I'll continue to stay here in the future! As long as the service is top-notch and continues to improve! There are probably some minor (not priority) improvements that need to be made: 1. Parking, because not everyone likes their private car being used by others *a favorite of men. 2. Maybe add an iron or hairdryer/straightener so customers who need it can use it more quickly. This will definitely be a favorite among women!
