A 2-star hotel. The rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms. All rooms are smoking-safe. Despite being sprayed with air freshener, the smell of cigarettes still lingers. The location is quite strategic, close to Padang restaurants. It's also not far to Mantos.

I booked and paid for two nights, but I couldn't stay. The room was ugly and smelled of cigarettes, the curtains were full of holes, the glass was broken, the bathroom was covered in moss, and the toilet was brown and hadn't been cleaned. I asked for a room change, but they said it was full. I asked for a room cleaning, but they said it was clean, even though I immediately felt nauseous when I entered the room. It was even more scary.

Comfortable, peaceful, and the atmosphere is very nice.

From check-in until 8 p.m., there were no towels or floor mats, with the excuse that the room was still in laundry. Clean towels should have been provided for guests when the room was ready for sale.

When I came in, there were no towels... The reason was that they were still in the laundry... I waited for a long time but they didn't come... Finally, I picked them up myself at the reception.

Towels are still taking a long time to be laundered. If possible, please increase the number of towels so guests don't have to wait. They haven't arrived until around 5:00.

The staff are very friendly and comfortable to stay there, and access to food is very easy to get.

One thing I was pleased about was the promotional price, but the bathroom needs improvement. There was no hot water, and there were no towels in the room; you had to ask for them at the front desk. However, the towels provided seemed new. On the plus side, there were plenty of eateries nearby, and the TV channels were excellent.

The comfort was adequate, but the cleanliness was lacking. It was also our fault for not booking a non-smoking room. The downside was that there was a lipstick stain on the blanket and the room smelled of cigarettes, with no air freshener. The air conditioning and other things were fine.

The point is, I'm satisfied, it's always a favorite place for a staycation.
