The hotel is clean and conveniently located. I would definitely book here again if I have the chance.

A/C barely worked in our room! It was hot!

Điểm trừ là đồ ăn sáng quá ít sự lựa chọn, có các món hơi nguội. The overall hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were super clean and quiet, making it perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping staff, who were very welcoming and professional. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection and the food wasn't hot enough.

The location is ok, the hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly but there is one thing that I hope the hotel can fix, which is the pillow is really bad, my neck is very tired and it is difficult to sleep. Hopefully next time I visit, there will be a change.

Central location, spacious rooms are clean, with welcome cake every day. Restroom sink position is a bit narrow. Staff service attitude needs to be retrained, from bellman (night shift 16, 17/3/2025) to female receptionist (16, 17, 18, 19/3/2025) customers always have to open the door themselves, not welcomed happily, not friendly. There is a bellman who even fights for me, the female receptionist doesn't even smile at the customers.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Very convenient location for customers who need to interview at the US Embassy.

4-star hotel but I don't know what the 4-star standard is? The day I stayed, the toilet smelled very bad from the drain, even though I called the cleaning staff and diffused essential oils, but after turning off the diffuser, the toilet smelled bad again 10 minutes later. The breakfast buffet had few dishes and little food on the tray, when I got there at 7:30, the food counters were empty and I waited 15 minutes but still couldn't find a refill, the coffee was only pre-made black coffee, the waiter even brought a green apple in a plastic bag to fill up the counter. Hic, 4-star hotel but the coffee made by machine has to be ordered separately, coffee machines are not that expensive now, hotel. Over 4 million for 2 nights with the above experiences, I feel it's not worth the money I spent. Because I saw 4 stars, I booked it but it was really too bad, I don't dare to recommend it nor dare to come back, luckily I stayed there to check when booking for a large family.

The hotel is nice, clean, all the staff are friendly, the breakfast food is also delicious, the location is also strategic. It's really worth it. Will come back again if Ho Chi Minh Vietnam again.
