A great place to stop and rest while visiting the Serpong area, South Tangerang. The location is strategic. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out are quick. Breakfast is varied and quite tasty.

Staying at Aria Hotel Serpong was my family and I's first time, but thank God, the location is strategic because it is on the main road so it is easy to go everywhere.

For the bathroom, toothbrush and head covering equipment are not available. If you ask for it, they say they are out of stock (not prepared enough). There is no doormat if you don't ask for it.

The staff are friendly and on standby. At night, for some reason, there was some noise in a certain room unit, so it was a bit difficult to sleep. Even so, overall the service was quite good. Thank you.

I stayed on December 18, 2025 for 1 night and took 2 rooms, then stayed again on December 19 and 20, 2025 for 2 nights and 2 rooms, strategic location, on December 22, 2025 I just realized that I had left my shoes in the hotel lobby, I chatted with the hotel's WA number, and was responded to by the hotel staff and I have taken them, the receptionist named Alfad who helped with the initial check-in process and when I took the shoes I left behind, thank you for your help.
