For comfort at Amari Hotel, I felt like a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. And after trying some of the breakfasts there, I personally felt like they were 4-star, not 5-star. And yesterday, I personally wondered why there was no room cleaning. I felt like the room cleaning button had been turned on. This needs to be reconsidered for a 5-star hotel. Moreover, if there is no room cleaning, the hotel should ask the customer about needs such as water refills, towels, or brushes... not just give them a paper tag informing them of the needs.
