The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful and provided good advice. There was underground parking for cars. Motorbikes could be rented nearby. The room doors were made of wood, so the soundproofing was average. Everything else was satisfactory.

The room is near tourist attractions, the staff is super enthusiastic. We arrived early at around 4am and left our suitcases at the hotel. They were very enthusiastic and let us leave them to go to Hoi An. After that, we went to Hue. Even though we didn't stay at the hotel anymore, the staff still let us leave 2 suitcases there. It was great 💖💖💖💖

Normally, the hotel will provide 2 free bottles of water. But when I checked out, I was a bit surprised, asked twice again, the receptionist still said to charge. The water source has a bad smell. The room has not been cleaned yet. Well, here is an old 199x TV and no modern technology, everyone should consider before booking.

Nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện, lịch sự, dễ chịu. Tuy nhiên mình đặt 3 đêm mà 2 đêm đầu tiên khách sạn xếp cho mình 2 phòng ở dãy cũ, phòng ẩm, nhà vệ sinh không sạch. Chỉ có ngày thứ 3 thì kháchsạn mới đổi phòng ra phía trước cho mình. Phòng đêm thứ 3 thì có vẻ dùng cho khách thuê giờ ngắn hạng nên có ghế tình nhân nhưng toilet bám cặn dơ lắm. Góp ý để khách sạn thay đổi
