I'm sure this hotel was great in its heyday, but now I feel a few shortcomings:
1. The mattress is a bit hard, the bed sheets and pillowcases are a bit dirty, but they don't smell, and the room is quite clean.
2. It's a shame the television in the room isn't a smart TV, there are only a few local channels, and the picture is often poor.
3. There's Wi-Fi, but it seems like the network coverage isn't wide enough, so the Wi-Fi often drops out in the room.
4. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but unfortunately, once the food and empty glasses run out, it takes a while to get refilled. Perhaps more staff are needed.
5. The hotel restaurant isn't open at night, so we had to leave the hotel to find dinner.
Besides the above drawbacks, there are definitely advantages to staying at the Grand Mulya Bogor:
1. Easy access to the hotel, the roads are still safe for cars, and the parking area is quite spacious.
2. Friendly and prompt staff service.
3. The water heater in the bathroom works well.
4. There's a large swimming pool and spacious garden (the pool could be better; it was usable for swimming during my stay, but parts of the pool were a bit mossy. I hope they'll pay more attention to its cleanliness in the future.
Thank you.
