Perhaps because the MRT project was underway, the road to the hotel was truly chaotic. The towels and sheets hadn't been changed in the room on the first day. But on the second and third days, it was tidy. At breakfast, many items were slowly replenished, especially the fruit. And one waitress was dismissive of guests when they asked questions.

The service is friendly, the staff are all nice

It was a truly delightful stay at the Mercure Jakarta Kota. The service was top-notch, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel amenities were top-notch, including a bathtub in all rooms.

The hotel was very nice. I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were also varied.

Strategically located in a tourist area, with a plethora of culinary options, both daytime and nighttime. If you're craving durian, Jalan Mangga Besar is the place to be. It's a comfortable place to rest and explore.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the lobby smells nice and clean when you enter, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the breakfast food is almost all delicious.

Close to everywhere, there is a busway stop right in front of the hotel

I've been here before but almost forgot that this hotel is quite old. The room is actually comfortable, the bed is soft, and the view from the deluxe room is also good, overlooking the city. It just needs some renovation and better lighting, especially in the dim lobby area. The downside is the breakfast, which tastes really off. I don't know if it's because they used yesterday's ingredients or the chef wasn't very skilled, but the taste is really lacking, sorry. Other than that, it's okay.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the rooms were spacious, and the pool was spacious. We had a fun New Year with our family.
