This hotel is located in the old town area, which has a great location close to various attractions and is very convenient for getting around. The service is excellent. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and always greet you with a smile. The food is varied and delicious. I highly recommend it. The price is also reasonable. 🥂

Great hotel, clean room, extremely helpful staff. Who are happy to go the extra mile. Breakfast good for the money. Zero complaints. Pick up a card with the hotel address because sat nav finds it difficult to precisely log your location in Hanoi and then you can always get a taxi back if struggling.

Very happy to find this hotel. With a fairly cheap price such as getting everything from a strategic location, spacious and complete rooms, cleanliness-friendly services and others. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other friends and someday when returning to Hanoi will stay at this hotel.

Wednesday, February 6, 2018, I have a friend in Hanoi to visit. Before I invite you to the Cafe at the corner of the street next to it, I send the car to the guard to watch the household. Half an hour later, I returned to my friend's car. Since I lost my car, I have stayed for 2 days. I have asked to manage the car to clarify the responsibility, but the hotel does not cooperate. I will not return to this hotel anymore.
