Strategic location. I happened to get a renovated room yesterday. It's more comfortable and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.

The room is located just beneath the rooftop restaurant, therefore it's noisy.

Disappointed because I couldn't be accommodated to extend my stay, even though I had already said 1 day before that I would extend.

I frequently stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located, has very close transportation, and offers adequate amenities for business trips. My only minor complaints are the slightly overpowering smell in the restroom upon entering the room, and the slightly poor soundproofing, which can be a bit distracting from the neighboring rooms at night. Otherwise, it's quite good.
