Khách sạn có chị lễ tân tên Thuý nhiệt tình, thân thiện với khác. Vị trí khách sạn ở Q7 yên tĩnh, phòng sạch sẽ, có tivi thông minh xem được YouTube và Netflix. Sẽ ủng hộ lần sau ạ 🥰

Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi và nhân viên lễ tân thái độ vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Điểm trừ phòng cách âm không tốt.

On the first day, it was very good. The next day, I met a receptionist who did not understand. Check in time is from 14:00 on November 8 to 12:00 on November 9 . I check in at 6pm and in the morning 7:20am check out and claim 120k early check-in fee.

Reception staff disrespect customers. The room arrangement was too bad. Electrical outlet not available. the TV is noisy and unusable. the room is downgraded not in proportion to the cost. never come back for the second time

No turning back. Although the price is good but the room is humid and has a lot of mosquitoes, I booked a day in advance but the room in the corner was very tight. They take advantage of the priority to sell rooms to retail customers by language. Very dissatisfied, to see the picture of the room with a balcony but check in, the money is only available in that room.

The hotel is in a convenient location, moving to the center is easy. Everyone in the reception is cute and happy, the room is also very clean! I often stay here when I come to Saigon.
