Not that near to city centre. Parking not provided, you still have to pay for street parking as usual. It 's near main street, can be noisy even at night. For 3 ☆ hotels, very affordable & nice. Room are very clean & nice. Mine doesn't have mini bar, which is mentioned before booking. Shower could use a higher water pressure, the sink already cracked, & there 's mold at the bathroom door, but overall very clean bathroom. Lift is provided, which I think is great. There 's water dispenser at ground floor. Could benefit greatly if water dispenser is at every floor. Overall, I would stay again with affordable price.

Easy check-in and checkout. But during checkout the lift was a problem luckily on the first floor just go down the stairs the room basically looks like a house haha. There is a cupboard box that is just leaky. But this kosma is indeed Muslim friendly and clean. Cheap is cheap too.

Another great value for my trip with my familly, the room rate was awesome, but maybe need extra maintenance. I book 2 room. 1 of my room got problem with the flush. Need to refill the water manually. If not you have to wait more than an hour to fill the flush tank. The other problem is the water preasure for water heater is too low. I suggest to kosma boutiqe hotel to do some improvement on that. The rest is very satisfied and also the hotel have a lift which is for me very convenient compare to other budget hotel in Kuantan. Cleanliness is very good and I give 5 star on that.

Can recommend to friends. The cafes for guests need to be served for breakfast as the hotel's location is a short distance from 7E and the grocery store.

Unclean, unlucky and bathrooms are not clean, performance is decreasing.

My room smells a little bit and water pressure of shower is a bit low.
