It's not bad, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room directly faces the flyover, so the sound of traffic outside the hotel is quite audible, but it's a little annoying because it's not soundproof.

I stayed for two nights with my family. The location is strategic, close to the Ar-Rahman Grand Mosque, Matahari Plaza Center, SKA Mall, and Gramedia. It's also close to MAN 2 School and Virera souvenir shops. I loved the rendang and kebab at the hotel restaurant.

I was disappointed with the hotel booking service because I checked in late at night and was transferred to another hotel, but the quality of the hotel was far from comfortable. Even if the room was fully booked and they were willing to transfer me, they should have ensured that the room I booked was of the same quality and comfort.

Already booked a room and paid, arrived at the hotel at 11 pm we were informed that the room was full. Then transferred to another hotel whose reviews were already very bad on maps and everywhere, actually felt strange because I saw the review of the hotel where we were going to stay but still thought the hotel would book a good hotel or at least upgrade the room type as their apology because we were waiting for the hotel's decision until 2 am. We booked a room with 1 bed and arrived at the hotel they had directed us to instead they got twin beds., poor children sleeping between the beds that we deliberately combined, not to mention the room smelled really bad, there were cockroaches, lots of stains on the blankets and sheets, the worst experience of staying.

Good location, clean rooms and good service and delicious food

The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the TV remote was broken. While having breakfast at the restaurant, there were many empty, dirty tables. The staff didn't immediately tidy them up, making it difficult to find a clean table to eat at.

It's right in the heart of the city, in the culinary area. It's especially convenient if you're staying on the weekends and want to participate in the CFD (Central Festival of the Year)—it's easy to access.

I've stayed at Evo several times and have never been disappointed, always good. But this time, Big No. When I entered the room, no view was okay, I received it, usually I always order a view, but it's okay. When I used the bidet, it leaked and got me wet. The exhaust in the room and bathroom didn't work. This is the first time I've been disappointed staying at Evo. I don't really remember the room number, but it was on the 2nd floor (between 207-209).

Overall it's great, only the wifi access speed needs to be improved.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, you really feel at home in that hotel.

A perfect hotel to stay, and if it's Sunday morning, you can go to CFD just a few steps away.
