The hotel is dirty, the staff are unfriendly, the water is smelly and yellow.

1. Dirty bathroom. 2. Yellow and smelly water. 3. Sticky floor. 4. The AC wasn't cold. 5. Noisy. 6. When I wanted to check out, the receptionist was asleep. That's what I experienced.

Hopefully the cleanliness of the rooms and toilets will be further improved 🙏

Sangat tidak rekomendit. Saya Pesan kamar City 2 yang ada Ac tetapi di kasih mamar city 1 yang hanya pakai kipas. Katanya kamar yang saya pesan sudah full. Halo? Kenapa buka order kalau sudah full? Akhirnya saya minta harus yang sesuai dengan orderan karena harga beda banget dengan yang pakai kipas. Lalu katanya kalau mau pakai ac yang kosong ada di kamar city 3 tapi harus tambah biaya 50ribu lagi. Kamar mandi kotor, bau apek. Pokonya mengecewakan dech!

The room was dirty, the bed linen was dirty with lots of stains and was torn. Towels are not suitable for use. Incidentally while staying there were renovations, only the problem was they did it at night. Until 2 pm, there were still people hitting nails on the walls.

Sy ambil harga yang 277.000 g mau kokentar nilai aja sendiri.. saran sy lebih baik datang liat dulu baru cek in.. mungkin segitu aja review karena sy masuk 30 menit kemudian cek out
