I booked a month in advance based on good reviews. When I arrived, it wasn't what I expected, and several rooms were undergoing renovations. I stayed overnight, with renovations taking place on both sides of my room. The noise, dust, and constant noise from workers made me uncomfortable. D'Paragon Bulusan didn't notify me that renovations were underway. The room was small, cramped, and dirty with dust. The sheets and towels had turned beige and gray. It was very uncomfortable, not as advertised. I complained, and the staff moved me to D'Paragon Bukit Sari, as I had booked for a week. The complaint number was also unresponsive; chats and phone calls went unanswered. Highly not recommended, and it doesn't live up to the label of a boarding house, as there are no service facilities whatsoever. It's truly a self-contained boarding house.

When we arrived, the water didn't come out, we didn't take a bath and did the ritual. The water was filled up by a water truck, then we had our meal filled up. We were already sleepy, and in the morning we hoped there would be water. But we just lost it. So we didn't take a bath while we were at the inn.

The AC was not cold enough, and the Wi-Fi was not announced at the start of check-in.

The AC made a loud noise while it was on, the Wi-Fi in the room was inaccessible, the bathroom towel hanger was broken, the sheets and blankets didn't look very clean.

There is no lobby. The receptionist is in the room. Understandably, it is a boarding house. There is no restaurant.

Extended stay and asked for the room to be cleaned, the staff ignored me when asked why it wasn't cleaned and just grinned, no replacement of toothpaste and towels. It was a mess, I won't stay there again, the staff are all annoying.

With a price of 300 thousand and the "Deluxe" type, you really get an inadequate room, very gloomy and cramped, the ceramics are broken, the tables and chairs are who knows how many decades old. The room is not soundproof, so you can always hear the sound of the outdoor AC being very loud, it's hard to sleep at night because it's that noisy. The TV is very small, rusty, the AC is old and can't adjust the temperature, the lights are dim, the bathroom has no exhaust fan, and it's very cramped. And the divan bed is a reclining model, like a cheap boarding house. This Reddorz 100 thousand is even much better than the rooms here. Even though D'Paragon in other cities has really good hotel standards, both in room size and facilities, in Bulusan it's really bad, the only good thing is the location near Undip, that's all.

I was initially only interested in staying one night here. However, I actually felt at home for a week after spending the night. The rooms are clean, cool and air-conditioned. Apart from that, I was also given mineral water and toiletries. However, there were a few small obstacles that I encountered. You could say that my room has quite a lot of mosquitoes. Luckily, the house keepers were quick to respond to this problem after I reported it. I was given mosquito repellent to spray my room. Another small problem is the availability of mineral water. If I stay more than one day, I should get mineral water every day. However, I have to remind the house keepers first so that I get my share of water. However, these were the only two minor issues I encountered. Apart from that, the experience of staying here could be said to be good for the price. The place is close to the campus, minimarket and various food stalls. Apart from that, there is also a place to take the feeder for those who want to use public transportation.

The rooms are clean, the facilities in the rooms include towels, blankets, soap & toothbrushes, which are basically okay.

The location is okay, close to the highway and Undip, but the toilet is dirty, the water is small, the AC is not cold, not recommended.

Tempatnya bagus, nyaman, tapi fasilitasnya beberapa ada yang rusak, tapi not bad lah. Handuknya bekas sobek-sobek pula.

Gagang pintunya copotan, penutup jendela ngga nutup sempurna buat was-was.
