The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of food and a mall nearby. However, the rooms are poorly maintained, and this is the first time I've received torn and torn towels. Please improve the facilities. The hotel's facade looks grand, but unfortunately, the facilities are minimal.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I got a promotional price. It was quite pleasant with the friendly welcome from the hotel staff, and the room was quite spacious. Although the hotel has an old building feel, it is still pleasant. The view overlooking the main road and the city is beautiful to see at night, twinkling city lights and tall buildings around. It is easy to access the city and is close to Gubeng train station. I hope to visit again, thank you.

The room was dirty. The bathroom leaked. The mattress was dusty. The pillowcase was torn as if it had been bitten by a rat.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and so far, it's been good. The admin was quite responsive when I encountered an issue with a booking error. Thanks to the admin.

The location is safe, okay. The problem is, the room had cockroaches, moldy sheets, and lots of dust. There were no towels. The lights were very dim. It felt scary at night. If it were clean, the facilities would be improved and renovated.

Actually, the location of the hotel is quite strategic, the rooms are quite spacious, unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained, the rooms are damp, and cleanliness is very poor.

The hotel is comfortable, maybe it just so happened that the bathroom in the room I stayed in was a bit lacking.

Got a room on the ground floor, honestly it was really noisy because the room was near the lobby and unfortunately there were no towels and toiletries.

The TV didn't work (no signal). The bathroom lacked amenities (toothpaste, shampoo, soap) and was poorly maintained, like an old building. The AC wasn't cold. No water was provided. Only one tea bag and two pieces of granulated sugar were given, the hotel was stingy. Towels weren't ready, so I had to ask for them. Double bookings couldn't be canceled, disappointed with the app! It was a waste to book two rooms and only use one.

Thank God, I was able to unwind here. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the elevator was broken when I stayed, so I had to climb the stairs to the third floor, which was very tiring.

The first experience of staying here was very uncomfortable, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, almost all areas of the hotel were dirty and not maintained, there were lots of cockroaches in the room and the hotel hallway, we ordered breakfast included but there was no breakfast when we confirmed the service was not friendly, it seemed like we were at fault 🥺, I will not stay here again, I couldn't sleep all night because the room was dirty and had lots of cobwebs and when I wanted to pray the floor was dirty 🥺.

The hotel is located near the city center and shopping, the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable.

The room's floor was dusty, the towels smelled and were rough, the water was murky, dirty, and the bathroom floor was filthy. It looked like the room had never been used, perhaps because the hotel was empty of customers.

The AC is not cold, towels are not provided, the hotel looks like it is not maintained, there is a lot of dust & cobwebs so it seems scary.
