I’m confused how can be a 4 star hotel with less professional service and workers with bad ethics, security listening music and smoking in a restaurant that is for guests to eat. Especially when it’s breakfast time, this is the first time in my life that I have breakfast at the hotel, the waiter eats in front of the guests and smokes, shouldn’t it be like that?

got a refrigerator, the air is so cold it's like ice. yeah, you can't get a doormat anymore, the tv isn't even a smart tv, you can't watch YouTube. the door is really hard to access, you have to insert it, not tap it
