I stayed at this guest house and was initially quite disappointed because the first room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs, which caused itching and hives for several days. However, I appreciated the quick response from the caretaker who immediately changed my room. Hopefully, in the future, the management will pay more attention to cleanliness and bed maintenance to ensure a more comfortable guest experience.

The place is clean, the guards are friendly, the location is strategic even though it is in an alley but it is not a problem. The problem is that from 12 o'clock until morning there is a ding ding ding ding from the wall and it is very disturbing, I can't sleep at all. Other than that, it's okay, the hot water shower is on, the bathroom is clean. Okay

3 malam nginep di sini ruangan tidak pernah dibersihkan secara berkala seperti di hotel, selimut terlalu tipis, akses ke sini jam 9 malam udah di tutup, harus masuk dari pintu masuk lain yang di portal, sungguh merepotkan karena tidak diinfokan sebelumnya ke saya sehingga menyulitkan driver online drop saya di penginapan. Pertama nginep token listrik mati, bunyi trus semaleman dan gak akan diisi kalo gak saya complain. Lampu di kamar mati 1, dan saat di info orang yang jaga gak ada, di WA kurang fast respon. Sprei seperti gak pernah diganti, keliatan udah buluk banget. Cukup sekali nginap di sini. Not Recommended 😔.

As for the cleanliness of the room, it's ok, the mat in front of the bathroom doesn't absorb water, the hot water doesn't work, the TV doesn't have broadcasts (haven't used STB), the car park is limited, there are no guards in the morning, the keys are shared with neighbors, the access road is rather narrow.

That price is normal, only the location is better.

The guest house is in the center of Bandung, close to tourist attractions. 15 minutes to Bandung square by walking. Located in an alley which is not difficult to access. Several alleys enter the portal after 11pm, but the guest house owner advises an alternative route. For room facilities: the original room is much better than in the photo. Facilities consist of 2 chairs, coffee table, tv table, tv, air conditioning, wardrobe, mineral water, glasses. Soft bed and pillows, scented sheets and blankets. Only the blanket is quite thin, but the owner provides an extra blanket. Toiletries facilities: towels 2. Clean toilets. No soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, so better prepare yourself. There is no hot water. The owner is very friendly and always offers to help. I checked out at 8 am and was allowed to leave my bag. For affordable room rates, centrally located location, and pleasant facilities, this guest house is above expectations.

The management is friendly and very kind until they borrow a motorbike to buy breakfast, the place is clean enough for a small family.

Can't rest well because there's a lot of loud noises from upstairs and it's really annoying for hours.

The owner and house keeper are both friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, affordable prices 👍.
