Service is ok, room is fully equipped, bed sheets are not very clean but acceptable. Should visit

Nice hotel, early check in...

The staff attitude is terrible, don't ask. The room has an extremely unpleasant smell from the sewer. The entire 4.5-story building has a wifi in the basement. I was in a room on the 1st floor, one floor away, and I couldn't get wifi, so don't ask about the floors above.

Location near the back beach, has a very large and free underground car park

There is a spiritual element, the room is fine but my sleep was disrupted in room 305, at night my hand massaged my shoulder, oh my gosh thinking back makes my hair stand on end, I could feel my hands and feet moving on their own but it wasn't my control, I was gently poked

The room was very, very smelly, from the reception to the hotel room, everywhere smelled - The blankets, pillows, quilts, and topper were extremely dirty, smelly, and bloody! - No soundproofing, noisy and in harmony with nature: the sound of wild cats, geckos, and houses opposite the window - extremely inconvenient!

The room has 4 beds but only has 1 air conditioner and is very hot, with very few electrical outlets. I contacted the hotel for enthusiastic support, but I asked for an extra fan. The fan couldn't even keep the flies away :((

Both stays were OK. But there is a room next door that is too noisy, because there is no soundproofing, so my family cannot sleep well. The rest are fine

My house is very OK, a little far from the beach but still very good, the staff is enthusiastic, the security is also good, the parking is spacious, in general, my family really likes it and if we have the opportunity, we will come back.

The evening security guard gives orders to the guests, but the guests don't listen and complain if they don't do what they want. The room is very hot and the air conditioner hasn't been cleaned yet. The 3-bed room has no elevator, no trash can, no tissues or other amenities. The hotel needs maintenance and is in serious disrepair.

Máy lạnh cũ, rất yếu, không lạnh. Toilet hôi do cống bốc lên. Việc này mình nghỉ Khách Sạn hoàn toàn biết nhưng vẫn giao phòng như vậy cho Khách Hàng. Đến khi trả phòng mình trả trễ 25p & Khách Sạn thu phụ phí 50k. Việc thu phụ phí không sai nhưng so với mặt bằng chung các Khách Sạn khác đều hổ trợ Khách Hàng thì mình đánh giá như vậy là khá tệ.

Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện, nhiệt tình, giá cả phải chăng. Đọc review của những người trước đây cũng sợ, nhưng nhận phòng thì rất OK, phòng không bị hôi, sạch sẽ, máy lạnh mát, tủ lạnh chạy ổn định. Nước uống có 2 loại: nước Dasani thì 10k/chai, nước uống nhỏ thì miễn phí. Đi bộ từ khách sạn ra bãi Thùy Vân khoảng 600m, chừng 10-15’. Phòng cách âm chưa tốt. Phòng tắm rộng, thoải mái. Nước nóng xài đầy đủ ổn định. Quên chụp hình phòng, tuy nhiên phòng mình không có cửa sổ. Nói chung gia đình đi chủ yếu ra ngoài chơi nên cũng không có vấn đề gì
