Third time staying here, the location is a step away from Malioboro Street, so you don't have to tire yourself out walking around Malioboro, you can check in earlier, the staff are nice and friendly, but for those who come by car it is not recommended because it is in a small alley that only fits motorbikes and there is no special parking for cars. Even though the building is old, it is very comfortable, the AC is cold, the water heater, the bed is soft

The plus point is the location is very close to Malioboro, only a 2-minute walk, and the staff is friendly. I got a room with a less than cool AC. The towels should be replaced, and the bathroom was less than clean.

The room is clean and spacious. Only the TV is still an old model. Hopefully in the future the TV can be replaced with a more modern one for entertainment in the room.
