Travel in order to visit UUM Sintok, the lobby is fragrant, the rooms are large, the breakfast is good, the viewers are lacking only in bathrooms that are not maintained because of the small shower, the hot water is long out, and looks dull. Tube TV (old)

Comfortable. All facilities are available. Iron board in room. Quiet atmosphere. Food is delicious. Just do not have the test swimming pool because of the fasting month. Close to UUM. 5 minutes up to class.

Ordered extra bed, but did not come with anything else such as towel or toiletries. When ask for extra towel / pillow all will be charge at at least rm10/pc. So unreasonable to charge for every single item considered basic. This hotel is located next to UUM, considered the best hotel available here. But the service is poor and unprofessional. Cleanliness was just ok. If you moved the bed a bit, u’ll find all the dirt underneath. Room size is ok, but require refurbish.
