everything is ok but unfortunately when we first entered there was a very pungent cigarette smell and it turned out that under the mattress drawer there were cigarette marks probably from the previous tenant. not the first time booking at Altiz and also the room's AC was not cold enough. also unfortunately there were no towels and toiletries. the rest is ok.

Comfortable place, neat and clean rooms, there is a swimming pool and children's playground, beautiful atmosphere. However, guarded and paid parking is quite expensive.

Hehehe (-) No towels, tissues, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, (-) The balcony glass is very dirty, even though it can be wiped. (-) There is a refrigerator, but it's not cold? (-) The AC is not cold enough, between there and not. (-) The leather mattress is slippery like a car seat 🤭 (-) The bed sheet doesn't fit the thickness of the mattress, so I keep taking it off because the mattress is slippery lol. Then because I was tired of tidying up the sheets, I finally gave up sleeping on the car seat leather mattress which had been stained with sweat from the previous guests who were tired of tidying up the sheets like me. And the last option was to sleep on the floor with a sheet. Hahahaha. Do you understand how annoyed I am here? Staying in a hotel for 380 thousand + parking 50 but sleeping on the floor? 😆 (-) Admin, oh my God, during my daily hotel/apartment stays, this is the first time I have found an admin who is less responsive, less friendly, replying to chats without any pleasantries. If asked whether I would come back or not, the answer is no thank you, this is the most traumatic experience of staying, especially the mattress problem. 🤗

if possible, there should be AC maintenance, it came when it was really hot, when I checked the AC, it turned out to be really dirty Another suggestion is that pots, pans, and magic jars should be provided in the room, it would be a shame for those who really want to staycation to cook, but when they get there, there are no utensils... thank you

Room on the 8th floor, room 828, clean and spacious room, wifi ok. It's satisfying. My advice to other prospective tenants is that before going to the apartment, you should make an appointment with the number applied, to make it easier.

Overall okay. Affordable price, clean and comfortable apart. Just the check-in process is quite annoying. Asked the receptionist, didn't understand so I had to wait about 4o minutes. Finally I was explained that I had to call the number listed on the application. I clicked on the telephone number in the application. The first number is connected to the voice box. Tried the second number, I was rejected 😅. I tried wa and then it answered. What's strange is that I was asked by the wrong cellphone number, where did I get the cellphone number 😁. Just a suggestion, if you include your telephone number in the application, it means you must be prepared to be contacted by unknown numbers who might be potential guests of your apartment. Don't reject it, okay?

Strategic location, quite quiet atmosphere, friendly staff and security, only lacking room maintenance, broken bathroom door. So when taking a shower it can open by itself 🙏.
