The facilities, staff, and food are excellent. There was a fun morning trek and a lemonade before heading home.

The atmosphere is nice, cool, calm, suitable for relaxing with your partner or family, the staff is also very friendly & fast response.

The bedroom is too small for a gypsy, the upstairs bedroom is Ubud-style, but it's so close to the ceiling that there's no room to move. The food is mediocre, but the eggs in the chicken porridge are stale.

It's perfect for healing. The view is truly amazing. Staying in a wooden villa with a family of 6 adults and 6 small children is very spacious, it can even accommodate 15 people I think. There's also an outdoor jacuzzi bath. The staff are all very friendly. But I think the breakfast is just so-so, the fried rice with crackers would be really good.

The best stay in Lembang, with its cool, natural ambiance, yet clean and serene. There were plenty of interesting activities, from exploring the area around the lodge, to a sense of calm because the staff were always ready to help with luggage, questions, and even during the activities. A memorable activity was the trekking, guided by Mas Aceng. He was very responsive in assisting us and even went the extra mile by helping us document our stay. Mas Aceng was very helpful. Thank you, The Lodge Maribaya, for the interesting and enjoyable experience. It's nice to see a lodge staffed by friendly and helpful staff.

Just review: (+) A hotel with excellent grounds and views. The food is delicious, no issues, and the service is good. The staff are friendly, informative, and helpful. (-) The access road is still full of potholes and damaged. For the cottages, the area is still not very clean, rarely swept. The shower room is still covered in moss, some toilets are not working. The surrounding area is far from clean and tidy. The grass is overgrown on the sides of the campsite. The gaps within the campsite are not clean and dusty. For breakfast, the restaurant is a place to eat and enjoy culinary delights, but the place is far from clean. There are cobwebs right above the drinking water. The tables appear rarely cleaned, and white dust clings to them for a long time. They should be given more attention to the corners of the restaurant, and the menu lacks variety. I hope management will pay more attention and monitor this. Unfortunately, the view is beautiful and the service is good, but the lack of oversight and awareness may have made it less acceptable for me. There are many cottages that are excellent in all aspects and highly recommended. I hope my review will be addressed and improved.

None of the food was a failure, it was all delicious and the atmosphere was really cool, but I can't stand the cold.

It was so much fun, from the welcome and service, everything was great. The kids had a blast exploring nature, and the JELAM crew was incredibly helpful. They're a top priority if you're bringing small children. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Overall it's okay, but the breakfast at the cafe, oh my God, I couldn't enjoy the food because there were so many flies. Not 1 or 2, but dozens of flies, but the employees were quick to put a candle on it, but the flies still didn't go away, so it disturbed my appetite.

The hotel staff is friendly, the view is nice, the facilities are also okay, but yesterday when we stayed there the water heater didn't work, it was fixed but it still didn't work. The most memorable experience was during fun trekking, the kids were happy to be able to walk through the pine forest, coincidentally yesterday the guide was Mang Aceng, he was friendly, kind, polite, and Mang Aceng also helped with documentation during the trek. Next time I want to go there again and stay in the wooden house😊
