overall its a good hotel just a little cramped space for prayer. cleanliness is okay

Lokasi ok. Bilik ok. Yang tak ok bilik air. Kotor sekali. Nak tidur malam pun payah sebab bau yang kurang menyenangkan dari dalam bilik air. Exhaust fan langsung tidak berfungsi. Maaf ya.

Nicee room and many shop facilities near the hotel.

Check in at the right time but got the room as if it was not fully cleaned. There is hair on the pillow and trash under the table. Entering the room is not locked. Call reception but they say it's new, request to change the pillowcase because the child has taken a bath etc. It's hard to get all the items back. Towels are not provided, you have to call to ask. Hmmm

There 's lots of spider webs at the corner, in the room wall corners, toilet as well, even the towel rack also is full of spiderwebs. Wall are moldy, and it 's moldy for too long that fungus are growing out from it. There was also a cockroach crawling on the TV remote control.

Close to the KTM station and many restaurants, but there is no lift.

Bilik suite selesa, katil ok, cuma pintu toilet tak boleh kunci. So far, semua elok dan selesa.

Alhamdulillah hotel selesa tapi sejadah ja takda tapi tak pa, overall okay. Service terbaik dari staff peramah. Senang cari makan, bank atm ke bawah hotel. Recommended.

The hotel has a good location but the room 's table, cabinet is dusty.

Small room without windows. Aircond is not cold. The TV remote is broken. The heater cannot be adjusted.

Worth price for one night stay with easy assess from railway station, restaurants, laundry shop and convenient store.

Standard room too small. Can even place my praying mat and room has no window. Move to another room at extra cost but in the middle of the night have again move to another room as there were aircond water leak.

No refrigerator in deluxe room as advertise! Others is ok.

The staff is friendly. But the appliances in the room were awkward and there was the smell of cigarettes outside the room, possibly from other occupants. Also, everything is ok.

Lack of language, until late at 11pm, but when forced out at 12 noon. No one cares. 1 tired family moving from serau to Arau.

What was the reason they design the head tap water on the floor? It's getting difficult when you want to clean something after using the toilet bowl.

Best boss I hope to be able to sit here again hehe.

you gave us a really good price for the room. The room was itself clean and had everything we needed. The inn's location is near shops and very convenient. Would definitely be my first choice in Arau again!
