Hotel repaired but not reported. Unable to check in. Irresponsible

we arrived there midnight. The receptionist guy told us that the room is not ready because AC is not working. they moved us to another hotel without our advise. Even the receptionist guy was not telling us where the new hotel is. they just tried to kick us out as soon as they could. That's very unprofessional way to do business.

Rooms seem not soundproof so very noisy, sleep to hear the other rooms have children jingle roar, outside the karaoke singing loudly.
