Good, the place is comfortable, clean, recommended.

Nice hotel and easy to access the city center

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, it doesn't smell, the water is safe, the TV is big, the only problem is that when you want to go down to the basement, you can't use the elevator now, so you have to go out first. Previously, you could use the elevator using a card from the receptionist.

When I entered the room, it looked like it hadn't been swept, it was like the sheets had only been tidied up. But the floor hadn't been swept, and the sheets had lots of dirty spots. I was given another room on the same floor, but it was still dirty, in my opinion, as if it hadn't been swept. Maybe it could be better in the future. During breakfast, I also asked if there was an omelette, but the answer was no, even though I would have paid for it because I was bringing a child. Instead, they said the egg was replaced with egg sambalado on the breakfast menu.

My second stay was in room 524, but this time I had a slightly unpleasant experience because another guest who had just checked in on the same day suddenly opened my room door with the access card she was holding. This must have been the receptionist's fault. Luckily, I was still wearing my hijab. It really made me feel unsafe. Please improve this in the future.

Every time I go to Jakarta, I will definitely stay here, low cost but not low quality. It just needs to be improved to become a better hotel.

actually the room is quite big and comfortable. but it can be said that the hotel management doesn't care (some of the room lights are dead and haven't been replaced). the atmosphere of the hallway is creepy and smells of mop. many useless chairs are placed in the hallway (not nice to look at). access from the room to the basement parking lot is not practical (must ask for access to FO). Come on, Rivoli management should pay more attention to the hotel. Hire competent people in the hotel industry.. recruiting those who are not hospitable will have an impact on the IMAGE of the HOTEL and a LESS POSITIVE IMPRESSION FROM GUESTS

A bit disappointed because I ordered two rooms with a note that the rooms should be adjacent. I got them on a different floor. But what I got was a different type of room even though for the booking I paid the price for 1 type of the same room. The price was actually different even though I paid the price for the same type. Apart from that, for cleanliness, comfort, everything is safe. I asked and the answer was from the application.

There is no telephone in the room, asking for help from the hotel staff, there was no response when calling or calling on WhatsApp at all, going down to the lobby to borrow a spoon, no one delivered it at all
