- Check-in is at 3:00 PM. There should be more preparation for check-in. Customers have been waiting since 2:30 PM. They should be called to check in beforehand to avoid wasting time, so they can check in at 3:00 PM immediately. - There are only two tables and one fan in the waiting area; the air circulation is poor. - The condition of the room and amenities reflects the age of the property and shows signs of wear and tear. - Suitable for those who want a place to rest after sightseeing and activities outside. - There is occasional noise from children running and playing. May not be suitable for those seeking peace and quiet.

The service was terrible. There was no receptionist. They didn't answer the phone. In the end, I had to find a new place to stay. What a waste of money.

The bathroom is small and the water smells. Other than that, it's good.

The room attendant provided good service, but the first time I went, the bathroom didn't work, but the attendant tried to help until I was able to change rooms.

There is little parking space. You have to park in the additional parking lot which is very narrow. The road is rough and not suitable for large vehicles.

The staff were welcoming, smiling and friendly.

The room is clean and soundproof. But unfortunately, the bed seems to have plastic covering the sheet. When sleeping, I feel the plastic sound every time I turn over. But the bed is soft.

One ceiling light near the bed is not working. The room is very large. There are 2 rooms. When booking, I did not look at the room size. The balcony door cannot be locked.

Everything there was good. The receptionist is nice and friendly. It 's quite easy to take Grab to the surrounding attractions.

The water did not flow. Children playing in the pool touched the tiles.

Very good apartment and very care taking management!

Found a leaky bathroom ceiling. Drip directly into the toilet. Free for 2 nights as well. If knew before, would probably change the room already. But the service is welcoming.
