I'm still staying at the hotel as I write this review, and my experience was very disappointing.
I booked a jacuzzi room for two nights, but the hot water wasn't working due to a technical issue. When I asked the front desk, they said the problem had been going on since morning and told me to contact a technician directly. After I contacted the technician, I was told the repairs wouldn't be completed until two days at the earliest—meaning I wouldn't have any hot water at all during my stay.
What's really unfortunate:
• No notification before key exchange
• No refund option
• No compensation or alternative solution
So I paid for a room with a jacuzzi, but the main facility couldn't be used.
Another surprising addition: the water in the bathroom contained sand/dirt, making it not only uncomfortable but also raising questions about the quality of the hotel's water treatment.
To make matters worse, a hotel staff member suddenly opened the door and entered my room, claiming to have the wrong room, while I was in the bathroom. This was a clear violation of privacy and highly unprofessional.
I've filed a complaint, but the hotel hasn't provided any concrete solutions other than a technical explanation.
Highly not recommended. Management needs to improve their standard operating procedures (SOPs), communication with guests, the quality of their facilities, and guest privacy standards.
