Check-in must be on time at 2 PM. If you want to check in early, you have to pay 300 RB. My first room smelled a bit stuffy. The AC wasn't cold. I complained to the receptionist, but the resolution was a bit slow, so I finally asked for a room change. Well, in the new room, the water was small for GPP because the AC was cold. The most impressive thing was the housekeeping was very honest. I didn't realize that my daughter's ring had fallen from my jewelry box. After walking around G.I all day, when I got home, I saw my daughter's ring on the dressing table. Wow, I'm so grateful that the lady was honest and kept the ring. Even though if she had taken it, I wouldn't have known it was missing. I probably realized it after checking out. But because the lady was honest, I was very grateful. Maybe the thank you money I gave wasn't worth the price of the ring she kept, considering the ring was pure gold. But I hope the lady is happy and can continue to be a good, honest person. The checked in was easy,you need to deposit 100K & as usual show your local ID.The bed size I think it's Queen size as the bed sheet wasn't tucked in enough.The cleanliness was OK & again only need to improve cleanliness of the bathroom area.Mould is growing in every corners of the shower area.The second day when I asked to clean my room was not cleaned properly.I assumed wasn't the same Housekeeping who did it because the day 1 when I asked to clean my room was excellent.The second cleaned I found piece of plastic & tissue paper under the sink near toilet bowl & the duvet cover had a visible stain on the bottom of the duvet.Other than that I love the location of the hotel is an easy access to Sarinah & Pasar Tanah Abang.

I have been staying at Verse Luxe whenever I am in Jakarta. However, I have to feedback that the hotel management can do something to improve the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. the linens have stains and doesn't look being washed. There are stains at the basin and toilet bowl. The flooring are chipped. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
