The staff is really friendly. It's just that the mattress is a bit dirty, lots of white and white, then the front light of the toilet turns off, 1 room light also turns off, the air conditioner especially is really hot! Then it's really noisy, there's the sound of rich people banging on the walls, that's just weird, doesn't it stop all night? I'm sorry. It's a bit horror too at night there is a woman's voice laughing from the direction of the toilet aisle. Even though the guards were all male there, then someone knocked on the door but when they opened it there was no one, it sounded like there was a sound in the cupboard even though the cupboard was empty. Btw, I'm in room number 15 at the far corner 🙂 I think room number 15 is rarely inhabited, right? The problem is that there are lots of cobwebs on the ceiling of the room. The weather is also very different in room number 15, if people say indigo (the room is crowded) you understand. 😌 But thanks, just 1 night. 🙏.

3 am very noisy. At 5 o'clock the car alarm keeps ringing. No towels and toiletries. The staff is not friendly.

Get room no. 5. There is no trash can in the room, the toilet leaks, 4 lights only work 1, the mat looks like it hasn't been washed, in the fridge there are still traces of trash. Hot & cold water in bathroom ok.

The place is dirty, cleanliness is very, very lacking. Pillows, bed linen, lots of stains. The bathroom smells, the mat is very black. Stayed 3 days, only got 1 towel and it was never changed. It's enough to stay here once. Maybe there has never been an inspection from the owner.

The air conditioner is not cold every Trafeloka in rooms no. 11 and 12 AC is hot like not palak AC please.

The room is clean, the shower is too tight and small so it hurts in the body, the atmosphere is comfortable, from the front there is no banner so it's hard to find it. Towels were also not available when asked.

The air conditioner has been set to 16 degrees but still not cold, so clean the place okay.

AC is off, not cold at all. The first room number 12 we complained then finally moved to room 10 but the AC was not cold. Finally just resigned because only transit overnight. Even though a month ago I also stayed here and was satisfied, but not now. Can early check-in with an additional charge of half the price of the room. Everything else is fine.

Pleasant enough, large and spacious rooms. It's just that the socket is far from the bed, need to bring your own cable roll. Drinking and tissues are not provided like the other D'Paragon. Car parking is minimal, unlike most D'Paragon which has ample parking.

The place is clean, the air conditioner is cold, unfortunately in this place there are no toiletries like towels.

Everything is okay, there is a fridge, TV, air conditioning, cupboards, soft mattress, the water is hot and normal, only the minus is the poor WiFi signal.

Staying in room no 15 is a bit horror and made at 2 am check-out.

Service is not good, rooms are not clean.

Cheap and clean. Suitable for those who want to save money.
