Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel's location is very strategic, easy to reach and close to everywhere. I actually booked a room with 2 single beds, but on the day of the stay I got 1 double bed. But it was okay because it was on the second floor. The single beds were said to be on the upper floors and there was no elevator. The breakfast menu was standard, the hotel was quite clean. The data signal was not very good, using Wi-Fi was a bit better but also not too fast. The TV had Indonesian channels, the AC was quite cold, and the water was clean. Bottled water was provided.

Thanks to Bougenville Hotel, I've been there 3 times because it's close to everywhere and comfortable at an affordable price.

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, except the toilet door in room 207 was broken and wouldn't close, and the sink was a little clogged. Everything else was satisfactory, thank you 🥰

The staff is very friendly from check-in to check-out, the room is very clean, there is no drama of dirty sheets or musty smelling towels. The bathroom is very clean, the amenities are also quite adequate, the only downside is that the access is close to the main road so it is not soundproof so it is not recommended for those who don't like noise. 9/10, really recommended
