I stayed here for two nights during the April 30th - May 2nd holiday. Pros: Central location, convenient for all activities; very nice staff who assisted guests with requests; beautiful city view from the 7th floor. Cons: Probably an older hotel, so hygiene was a bit poor; bedding smelled and the overall appearance wasn't very new or clean; soundproofing wasn't very good.

Good location, rooms are decent but nothing outstanding, reception staff are enthusiastic. Convenient location, close to tourist attractions and restaurants.

I had a somewhat sudden trip to Gialai, booked a room through traveloka, because it was a bit sudden, my check-in time was different from usual, I arrived in Pleiku at 5am, I called the staff via phone, and was supported to check in very ok. The price and rooms are relatively suitable, The location is close to the square, around there are chill cafes, a little further about 2km there are pubs on the embankment. The lights in the room were dark, especially the bathroom light. The towel area in the bathroom was broken. The TV was very grainy, hard to watch.

Ngay tại trung tâm pleiku nhưng lại có - chỗ thiếu chuyên nghiệp như vậy, phòng cũng không đốt nến hay tinh dầu gì cho đỡ cái mùi cũ, so với giá này thì t nghĩ nó quá là ức chế🫠chỉ được cái lễ tân ok thôi còn lại chê toàn tập, khăn dơ, giấy vệ sinh ở trong bồn cầu, tăm bông quáy tai thì bị xé nửa bì? Quá là thậm tệ😤

Fair experience for a stay. Good position in the city. However, the room is quite small with dust almost everywhere. Need to improve cleaning for sure.

The hotel is located on the main road, can be noisy with traffic but if you have a room with a mountain view then it 's not a problem. The room was not completely prepared for us, after contacting Traveloka and the hotel front desk, we were offered alternative rooms then we chose the biggest one. It was just renovated and not actually ready to accommodate guests. In general, we're not satisfied with hotel facilities but the receptionist was helpful and tried her best to assist us. Appreciate that.

Everything is good except room for 2 only has 1 water bottle. I already ask the receptionist but they just say yes it is 😥.
